Returns & Refunds

Stocked items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a refund of the item price (delivery fees are non-refundable). Made-to-measure items (curtains, blinds) are made to order and are not returnable unless faulty. To start a return, email hello@purityriordesigns.com with your order number.
